You home town feeling when you eat there.Great food, many selections. Service is the best. Friendly staff.
My dad went to Harlan's way back in the 1960s when it was a truck stop. My going there feels kind of like a tradition. The Swiss Steak was to die for! So tender and flavorful, along with the cole slaw and baked beans. Friendly service. Excellent all the way around!
First time eating here. Our service was very prompt and we even had someone being trained. She was very pleasant and kept a watch on us for anything we needed. I had their mac n cheese and mashed potatoes with chicken gravy. It was delicious and very filling. My friend had the special for the day which was a hot turkey sandwich with mashed potatoes in the center and covered in your choice of brown or chicken gravy. Very good food, nice portions, great waitstaff, food cooked to perfection and prices fairly reasonable. I'd eat there again and highly recommend.
Been going here since 2014 on Fridays as regularly as possible. We always sit in Michelle's section and always get GREAT service. She is, hands down, the absolute best waitress/server in the QC area. The food is a good value, the kitchen doesn't always get my medium well eggs, but it's a fine line to hit. Michelle always makes sure our food is right, coffee is full and conversation is pleasant. If she ever leaves, our Friday group may not be as regular anymore.
A lovely diner experience with a full menu. We tried the 1B breakfast with bacon and a biscuit and gravy and a strawberry waffle. Both were delicious. The whipped cream tasted freshly made and the biscuit was fluffy. The gravy was just right. I’d come back to try some lunch.
Love this restaurant. The service is always great with a very friendly staff who has been there for years. Food is always good. Prices are reasonable.
Super quality and quantity. Our waitress was Johnny on the spot with a smile and a laugh. Very out going and relatable. Our go to spot at least once when visiting in the QC region. The daily Special is top notch and very affordable.
I had 1a hamburger breakfast plate. It was a lot of food. I didn’t finish it, and that was unusual for me. The waitress was wonderful and the coffee was good too. The prices were more than reasonable. I'll enjoy coming back.
